The Book in Review today is “1984″ by George Orwell. I would give “1984″ a thumbs up considering that it is, in my point of view, a classic sci-fi novel. Honestly, I would even say that it is the book that founded the dystopian genre. It begins with a typical Oceania person named Winston Smith. He live in a normal bed, in an normal apartment, in a normal city, with a normal job , and seems to not have any problems until he starts to realize that he could be forgetting his whole life. And he is being watched by the thought police. To find out more check the Fiction Section at Ada’s or purchase here.
